We are very excited for our next Sunday Run of the season in collaboration with Crossfit Oshawa on Sunday August 16th at 10am!
This will be a 5km run starting and finishing at The Pump House
Registration is a minimum $5 donation with all proceeds going to Jumpstart

Location: The Pump House - 269 Water St - Whitby, Ontario
10am: Meet Up & Intros
10:30am: 5km Run
11am: Return to Pump House just in time for opening to secure spots for food & drinks!
