Town Brewery opened in November 2017, and we operate on the premise of Good Work and Good Times. We are looking for seasonal part-time and full-time servers, bartenders, retail workers, and event staff to join our team to help in our existing taproom, as well as our waterfront beer garden at the Whitby Pump House which will be operating 7 days a week (weather permitting).
Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour plus tips
Hours: 15+ hours/weekly
Start Date: Mid April, 2025

Basic Qualifications

Must be 19 years of age or older

Must have valid and updated Smart Serve certification

Serving/hospitality experience required

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Meet brewery operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and brewery safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation

Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

Available to perform many different tasks within our brewery during each shift
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, etc and lift up to 35 lbs

Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, and crouch down numerous times during shift

Must be comfortable working outside
