Every couple of months we like to sit down and chat with a Charity or Business that is doing amazing work in our community. This past week we hung out with Jasmine Lee and Matt Simpson, the owners of one of Whitby’s most exciting restaurants. The Springwood can be summed up effectively as a neighbourhood restaurant, whose values, regarding the menu, focus greatly on locally sourced ingredients, seasonality, regenerative farming practices and minimizing waste.
