Easy Street is a West Coast Pilsner that we've been thinking of for a little while now. We were originally inspired by a trip to the West Coast and the idea was further entrenched in our creative minds by reading and researching the new and interesting takes we've seen from breweries we love. The idea for our first stab at the style was to start with a very simple and clean base that would set the table for the West Coast hops and give them their spot to shine. The result is a glorious balance of hop flavour and bitterness with woody citrus notes taking centre stage. It's super crisp and light on the palette with a well rounded bitterness that lingers for exactly the amount of time you want it to.
